Honeywell is US based MNC, we have an Aerospace Avionics Plant in Bintan and we invite dynamic candidates for following position:

Health & Safety Manager (BINTAN)

Responsibilities:

·  Be responsible for site health, safety & environmental and security.

·  Established HSE Management System requirements.

·  Establish OHSAS 18001 requirements and comliance.

·  Ensure compliance with all local and corporate legal and regulatory requirements.

·  Drive site all HSE policies and procedures to ensure full awereness of all employees in terms of behaviour, awareness and adherence.

·  Supervise contractors on set-up, maintenance and repair of basic factory infrastructure and installations.

Requirements:

·  Degree in mechanical or engineering with at least 5 years of HSE experience.

·  Relevant experience in large manufacturing firm and or american MNC is preferred.

·  Must possess a MOM license for safety officer AK3.

·  Able to write in English and communicate fluently in English.

·  Performance driven and task oriented.

·  Able to drive action for comletion of task.
General Requirements:

·  Excellent in English reading and conversation.

·  Willing to work and stay in Bintan.

·  Strong leadership skills.
